Do you offer services for natural hair?

Yes, but instead of saying natural hair for which all textures without chemicals applied fall under we use the term coily hair.

Do you offer locs extension services?

No, we only cater to organically grown locs.

Do you provide services for children?

Yes, we are a kid friendly salon that caters to all hair needs from toddlers to young adults.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we are an appointment only coils and locs salon. You may book on our website through the link below.

Do you offer any type of treatments?

Yes, we offer herbal steam treatments, detoxes, and conditioning.

Do you start and maintain wicks?

No, we do not offer this as a service.

Policies for appointments and cancellations

It's advised for ALL NEW inquiring clients to book a consultation first.

Let's get to know each other a bit. Discuss goals and needs. Determine the best path for our client/stylist relationship.

PLEASE HAVE QUESTIONS. We love them. 

Once the appointment is booked be sure to have set up your profile through Vagaro. You will be able to keep up with your appointments from there. You will also have access to rescheduling or canceling bookings.

There is a deposit fee required at the time of booking.

This fee is nonrefundable with the exception of cancelling prior to confirmation text.

We prefer you to first reschedule your appointment through your profile. If any issues arise notify us immediately to make changes.

Appointment Cancellation Policy Update

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your
appointment
. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your
appointment time. PLEASE confirm your appointment. If you need to
reschedule or cancel your appointment, please click on the link on your profile page to do so. A second confirmation text will be sent 1 day prior to your appointment as well.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes
schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 72-
hour notice (3 days) for cancellations or changes.
Please use the salon
website (your Vagaro profile) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you
cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, you will be responsible for
100% of the cost for service booked.
Same day
cancellations or NO SHOWS will also be charged 100% of the cost for your
service scheduled. After 3 back-to-back cancellations, you will be removed
from the membership program. If you do not reschedule within that month,

you will still be responsible for paying for your service.
